Accounts created with false or misleading information will be closed immediately, and associated funds may be forfeited. Each user may hold only one account — if multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all of them will be closed. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits apply and may vary by payment method — the platform always displays the most up-to-date figures. All deposits are generally processed in real time; if a delay occurs due to banking or network issues, users may contact support. Using the correct reference number when making a deposit is mandatory — failure to do so may result in a delayed credit.

Any form of collusion, match fixing, or attempt to win through dishonest means will result in immediate account closure and full balance forfeiture. Bajjivip may suspend or permanently close any user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, money laundering, or underage use. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure, it will be returned to the user's registered payment method once the investigation is complete, excluding any bonus funds. Users who wish to close their own account may contact support to submit a request, and all pending withdrawals must be settled beforehand.
